Event
The Language Advisory Committee and Penn Language Center
encourage full-time
and part-time language faculty to apply for the 2014 Cycle of
SAS Teaching
Innovation Grants. LAC/PLC will consider grant applications. The
SAS Teaching Innovation Grants Program offers
opportunities to create innovative language materials,
multilingual
collaborative projects, as well as engagement in methodology
research between
SAS Language Departments and Penn Language Center. The grant
program also
encourages participation from all language faculty and
instructors in
grant-related workshops and the final showcase.
A workshop for those interested in submitting their grant
proposals covering
topics ranging from budget and administration, research services
at Penn and
technical details of a grant proposal is scheduled for
Wednesday, November 13
from 4 – 5 PM in 202 Williams Hall. Please consider attending
this workshop and
share your ideas with PLC directors and staff.
The information about the guidelines for grant proposals is
posted here, as well as the deadlines and submission process.
